Based on articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in
Possession of Individuals we make it known that ATLASMEX RELOCATIONS with address at Calle

Federal; and as responsible for your personal data, makes it known that our customers'
information is treated strictly confidentially so that when providing your personal data,

currently or in the future work in our databases may be processed and/or used by: ATLASMEX RELOCATIONS and/or the controlling companies of the latter and/or our subsidiaries and/or
subsidiaries and/or those third parties who, by the nature of their work or functions have
the need to process and/or use your personal data; for the purpose of fulfilling those
obligations arising from the legal relationship between you as the owner of the personal
data and the companies indicated above.
The Data will be processed in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal
Data in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations. The confidentiality of the Data is

Include any element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data in
question.
In the event that we do not obtain your express opposition for your personal data to be
transferred in the manner and terms described above, we will understand that you have given
your consent tacitly to do so.
